Struggling right now. Never felt so alone before. I'll be alright though. I'm sure this is just a temporary thing I'm going through right now. Could use a good hug right now. I guess this goes to show everyone I'm far from perfect. I rarely break down in front of others. In fact, I tend to put on a fake smile for a lot of people.
=( Life does get hard and lonely from time to time. We constantly place ourselves in situations where we feel like we need to gauge how well our lives are to others in order to find out if we are doing well in our own lives. The one thing I've come to believe is that everyone has a relative same amount of difficulties. They may not be the same type, or at the same time or for the same reasons. But of generally we all go through the same trudging life. Some will merely merely be children who die young of cancer, who will never understand the pain and anguish of a nasty divorce with children involved, and these will never understand the perspective of college girl who was rapped under the influence of GHB, who will not understand that her life is still together like the victims of Hurricane Katrina, etc. etc. Loneliness, while painful, disappears when we look past the desire of someone else wanting us, and we love ourselves to the point that we decide who may deserve us.
